rays of sun that peak through the curtains♥

In dark periods there are always those moments when rays of sun peak through the cracks between the curtains. Today was one of those days, a sweet moment in a stressful panic. I took a step back from studying and worrying and I decided to enjoy my day. I went biking with my dad, unfortunately that was cut short because most of the bike paths were flooded. I guess that's what you get when you live by the river, but you certainly can't deny it's beautiful.
It was one of the best experiences i had in awhile. The wind rushing against my skin, while air dances in and out of my lungs. The sun reflecting on the melting snow and the tiny peaks of green grass on the ground. Simplicity is truly bliss♥
